Boxers are cool

After his shower last night, I was rifling through the laundry basket in search of the perfect underwear for Jacob (I seem to temporarily forget after each load of laundry that it's much easier to find clothes when they are folded and put away.). He had requested his "Daddy underwear"...aka boxers. Success was mine as I managed to locate a pair and hand them over to Jacob. With a big grin, he exclaimed, "Yes! These are just what I wanted!"

A few moments later, dressed only in underwear, Jacob informed me, "Hey, look! I have a pocket!" And he pointed to the front of his boxers. Yea, it kind of does look like a pocket.


But upon further inspection (because after all, finding a pocket in your underwear certainly requires a more thorough examination), Jacob said, "Hey, wait a minute...that's not a pocket."

And after a bit of investigating and maneuvering, he discovered something even better than a pocket. Excitedly, he announced, "It's a window!"

And when I looked over, he had a huge grin on his face, and I bet you can guess who (or rather, what) was peeking out the "window".

Just when he thought his Daddy underwear couldn't get any cooler.
