Another impersonation

The other day, Jacob decided that wearing a Buzz Lightyear costume, flying around in a decorated makeshift spaceship (made out of a Pampers box), and pointing an imaginary laser at people just wasn't a believable impersonation. Something was missing. And on an impulse, he disappeared for a minute, then came back in the room sporting this:

All of a sudden my 5-year old had facial hair. Or, a curlycue on his chin that he drew with a brown marker. Pretty impressive artwork.

Later, he disappeared again, and came back with substantial "hair" growth on his chin. I wondered where he was hiding to apply this brown goatee. The secret location wasn't hard to spot since we don't typically keep Crayola markers in the bathroom.

When I pulled up a picture of the real Buzz Lightyear for comparison,

Jacob, of course, had to pose in similar fashion. And actually, the original facial hair rendering was more accurate. As you'll see, the thicker goatee looks like Buzz Lightyear in need of some grooming.
Just like his impersonation of Ken, here is yet another uncanny resemblance.
