Bring Back the Blog!

About 6 weeks ago and completely out of the blue, I received an email from my husband while he was at work. And all it said was:

Bring back the blog!!

Bring back the blog!!


He told me he missed it. And frankly, I've missed it too. I never intended for my last post in August (holy crap! 5 months ago!) to be my LAST post. It was one of those situations where the further I fell behind, the more overwhelming the idea of playing catch up became. And I rationalized with, "Well, only a few people read my blog anyway, so I'm not really letting anyone down." A ridiculous thought that proved I temporarily forgot my sole purpose for starting a blog:

For me.

To remember the cute, sweet things the boys do and say. And because they may just enjoy reading these one day. And for anyone else who enjoys reading it now, well, that's a fringe benefit.

So. One of my New Year's resolutions was to bring back the blog.

And it's been brought.
